WHO WE ARE

About DBG Energy

We are building the Belize River Valley platform, integrated agricultural infrastructure that produces nutrient-rich cattle feed and converts the waste from silage production into verified durable carbon removal and agricultural biochar.

OUR MISSION

Transforming biomass into lasting value

Our mission is to produce nutrient-rich silage that strengthens Belize's cattle industry, and to transform the waste from silage production into high-quality biochar that restores soil health, improves water retention, strengthens climate resilience, and supports a more productive and sustainable agricultural future for Belize and the region.

OUR VISION

A regional leader in climate-smart agriculture

Our vision is to make Belize a regional leader in climate-smart agriculture and durable carbon removal by building a scalable biochar industry that restores soils, strengthens rural economies, and delivers lasting environmental value.

OUR MISSION, ANIMATED

Watch how the circular system works

From harvest to silage, cattle feed, biochar and healthier soils: one fully integrated loop that supports Belize's farmers, economy and sustainability goals.

WHAT WE DO

One platform, three streams of value

The Belize River Valley platform grows and harvests its own feedstock for nutrient-rich cattle feed, then converts the silage waste into biochar, delivering verified carbon removal and productive farmland from a single crop.

Nutrient-Rich Cattle Feed

Our primary product is high-quality silage grown and ensiled on our own farm. It provides reliable, nutrient-rich feed that supports the growth of Belize's cattle industry, and every harvest leaves a waste stream ready for conversion into biochar.

Durable Carbon Removal

Converting the waste stalks into biochar locks atmospheric carbon into a stable, solid form with permanence measured in centuries. Every ton of removal is quantified under recognized methodologies and independently verified, producing high-integrity durable removal credits.

Agricultural Biochar

Biochar returned to working farmland, blended with manure as a natural inoculant, rebuilds soil organic carbon, improves water retention and nutrient availability, and strengthens resilience to drought. The loop is fully circular: the fields grow the feed, the feed supports cattle, and the carbon returns to the soil.

WHAT GUIDES US

The outcomes we hold ourselves to

Healthy Soils

Soil is Belize's most important agricultural asset. Everything we build is measured first by whether it leaves the land more fertile, more water-retentive, and more productive than we found it.

Climate Resilience

Biochar-amended soils withstand drought and heavy rain better. We build infrastructure that helps the region's agriculture adapt to a changing climate while removing carbon from the atmosphere.

Rural Prosperity

A scalable feed and biochar industry means jobs, skills, reliable demand for local biomass, and dependable silage supply for cattle producers, strengthening the rural economies of the Belize River Valley and beyond.

Lasting Environmental Value

Carbon locked in biochar stays out of the atmosphere for centuries. We pursue durable, verifiable environmental outcomes, not short-lived offsets.
